Do you offer a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but we do offer a 14 day money-back guarantee. No customer has ever taken us up on the offer!

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Absolutely not! Every plan is month-to-month. If you decide to leave, just pay any outstanding balance and say goodbye. We'll be sad, but we can still be friends.

Do I need another web host?
Yes. Heliograph works in conjunction with your existing website. Heliograph may allow you to reduce your monthly bill at your existing provider, though.

Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual discounts?
We don't currently, but let us know if you are interested. We may start soon.

How do I cancel my account?
Once logged in, simply click the "Account" link, choose "Manage my plan" and follow the directions.
